New Painting Post

Whitebark Pines – Wizard Island

December 28, 2007 Wilderness Walker

Commissioned by the Crater Lake Institute, this is the second mural I’ve painted of Crater Lake. I think I now have that “blue” figured out. Puzzles, cards and posters coming in summer of 2008 so stay tuned.

Who Is This?

Sydney Fell, an early mentor of mine

This is about a guy who has been painting nature for a very long time. From a museum family who made it clear this wasn’t a choice, but a privilege, Larry Eifert now believes he has more art in America’s National Parks and Preserves than any other artist.

My muse, photographer and painter Nancy Cherry Eifert
